Exchange Policy — Blue Leaf Sports
Customers must contact Blue Leaf Sports within 24 hours of receiving the bat to request an exchange.
To qualify for a standard exchange:
- The exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- The bat must remain in the same condition as received.
- The bat must be unused and must not have been knocked in, oiled, modified or prepared for playing.
- The original packaging must remain intact and must not have been removed.
- The customer must provide the order number and any photographs or videos reasonably required for verification.
All exchange requests are subject to inspection, verification and product availability.
Bats that have been used, modified, prepared for play or had their original packaging removed may not qualify for a standard exchange.
However, these conditions do not restrict any applicable legal rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.
Please contact our customer support team before sending any product back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted for processing.
