Bat Handle Warranty Policy — Blue Leaf Sports
Blue Leaf Sports provides a limited warranty covering the bat handle only, for eligible bats, for a period of six months from the order placement date, subject to the conditions below.
The warranty does not cover any part of the bat other than the handle.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty is limited to eligible manufacturing defects in the bat handle, subject to assessment and the applicable warranty terms.
The following are not covered under this limited handle warranty:
- Bat blade, willow, face, edges or toe.
- Willow grains, grain appearance, colour or natural characteristics.
- Blade cracks, splitting or damage outside the handle.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, negligence or improper storage.
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair, modification or alteration.
- Normal wear and tear or damage resulting from use beyond the product's intended purpose.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Warranty claims must be submitted within six months from the order placement date.
Customers must provide:
1. Order number or valid proof of purchase.
2. Customer name and registered mobile number.
3. Clear videos showing the entire bat and the handle from multiple angles.
4. A close-up video clearly showing the suspected handle defect.
5. A description of the issue and how it occurred.
Video evidence is mandatory for warranty assessment. Additional information or an inspection may be requested if reasonably necessary.
Warranty Assessment and Resolution
Every claim will be inspected to determine whether the issue qualifies under the handle-only warranty.
If an eligible manufacturing defect in the handle is verified, Blue Leaf Sports will communicate the appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and law.
The warranty does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Any resolution will depend on the verified defect, the applicable terms and the remedies required by law.
The six-month warranty period does not remove any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
